- You write to us. Tell us a little about the student — year group, subjects of concern, target grades, and any deadlines (mocks, entrance exams, predicted-grade pressure).
- We send a short reply. Within one working day, a consultant proposes a free 30-minute consultation slot. You can pick a time that works, or suggest your own.
- The free consultation. A consultant meets you and your child online, listens to the goals, runs a brief diagnostic, and recommends a teaching plan. There is no obligation to enrol afterwards.
- You decide. If the plan feels right, we begin matching tutors and scheduling sessions. If not, you keep the diagnostic notes and we part on good terms.
